These terms explain how WARDOGS NOW works and the standards that help keep the community useful and safe.
WARDOGS NOW is an independent, fan made community platform for WARDOGS players. It is not endorsed by, associated with, or affiliated with BULKHEAD, Team17, Steam, or Discord. Game names, logos, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Sign in is provided through Discord OAuth or Steam OpenID. Discord and Steam authenticate your account. WARDOGS NOW never receives or stores your Discord password or Steam password. You are responsible for keeping your provider account secure and for activity performed through your WARDOGS NOW account.
Do not harass others, impersonate people or organizations, publish unlawful content, distribute malware, evade moderation, or use the service to disrupt a community. Community owners may establish additional rules for their own spaces.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WARDOGS NOW a limited permission to host, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the service. You must have the right to share anything you upload or post.
Community owners and authorized staff may lock threads, remove posts, mute members, or remove members from their community. WARDOGS NOW administrators may act to protect the platform, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address security and abuse.
Links, embeds, authentication, streams, and integrations may be provided by Steam, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Klipy, or other services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or end, and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. We may update these terms when the platform or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
Report abuse, policy concerns, security issues, or questions through the WARDOGS NOW support system. We will review reports in context and take proportionate action.
WARDOGS NOW collects only the information needed to run community features, support your account, and protect the site.
Discord and Steam handle authentication. WARDOGS NOW does not store provider passwords or persistent provider access tokens.
To operate your account, the site stores a provider account identifier, cached display name and avatar, WARDOGS NOW username, sign-in and presence times, profile settings, and the content or actions you choose to submit. This can include community memberships, squads, threads, chat messages, events, support tickets, Armory corrections, creator settings, and moderation records.
Discord OAuth and Steam OpenID confirm who you are without sharing your provider password with WARDOGS NOW. When available and permitted by your provider privacy settings, the site may cache your public Discord identity details and public WARDOGS Steam activity. Your preferred linked provider supplies the name and avatar shown on the site.
Information is used to sign you in, display your profile, provide community and Armory features, synchronize integrations you enable, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain platform security.
The site does not store visitor IP addresses. A daily rotating salt creates a one-day anonymous visitor identifier from network and browser information. Page path, referring host, device category, and country code supplied by the host may be recorded. Raw analytics are retained for up to 90 days, and browser Do Not Track signals are respected.
WARDOGS NOW does not sell personal information. Information is shown to other members only as required by the feature and its privacy rules. Limited data may be sent to a connected service when you or an authorized community owner enables that integration, or disclosed when legally required to protect users, the platform, or the public.
Account and community records are retained while needed to operate the service. Administrators can remove an account and its personal activity. Some moderation, security, audit, backup, or legal records may remain for a limited period where required for platform integrity or legal obligations.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored information. You can control profile fields and linked identity presentation from your Account Center. Contact support to ask about your information, report a privacy concern, or request account removal.
